The Science Department at A&D have grown to appreciate the invaluable impact that teachers and administrators have on our youth. Our science teachers are dedicated to enabling young minds to develop and achieve greatness beyond the classroom. A&D’s science curriculum is designed for students to leave the classroom with the power to debate and cultivate ideas to address real life issues as well as to have experienced the richness and excitement of knowing about and understanding the natural world. Students will participate in lessons that stimulate critical thinking and engage them in activities that highlight rigor while encouraging academic discourse that is fruitful and stimulating. We are committed to ensuring that our students’ individual goals are met by being transparent with the learning process and ensuring that the students understand why we do what we do everyday in class.
